Willaston Church of England Primary School

Once again we are able to offer an extensive list of clubs for the children during this term, with a few new additions to our list for the children to enjoy.

Clubs start week commencing Monday 21st January 2019, and must be booked by 9am on Friday 18th January, whereupon this form will expire. Year 1 after-school clubs will commence this term. Children are to go straight to their chosen club at home-time to get changed (if necessary), ready for the club to start at the time specified, and are to be collected from the school office.

A huge thank you to all the staff for giving freely of their time and we are delighted to invite new outside agencies to support our clubs. Please only complete this form for clubs offered by the teachers. After-School Club letters from outside agencies with full details of the club and prices are attached and must be booked as advised on their letter (copies available from school office if required). Clubs offered by teachers are normally free (unless specific ingredients/materials required), and clubs offered by outside agencies require payment.

Please note places are allocated on a first come first served basis with priority being given to the eldest children.

It may occasionally be necessary to cancel a club due to adverse weather conditions/reasons beyond our control, sometimes at short notice. If a club is cancelled, a message will be sent via ParentMail. Alternatively, to ascertain if a club is still operating, please call the school office on 0151 338 2421.

Thank you.
