Welcome to Willaston Parent Teacher Association

At Willaston PTA we aim to keep you up to date with all of our activities and events, so we have created an entire website to enable you to see what we’re up to. To take a look follow this link: (we are currently in the process of updating our PTA website, so please come back soon for more up-to-date information).

The PTA would like to welcome everyone back to school, and what a year we have got planned for you and your children!  We have already set some dates for a range of exciting activities and have lots of plans in the making for the next two terms. Forthcoming planned events so far include:

  • Beetle Drive Evening Event at Memorial Hall – Saturday 17th March (ticketed event)
  • Spring Fair -  Friday 18th May

Last term we had some very successful fundraising events including cake sales, refreshment stalls and the fabulous Christmas fair. We would like to thank you for your amazing support, which enables these events to be a success.   Look out for the PTA newsletter coming soon with further details of these events and many more.  You can find details of PTA contacts on the school website for further enquiries. Thank you for your continued support!

This academic year we are supporting the development of the school grounds. Mr Binks (Poppy's dad in Reception) has put some really exciting plans together which will make the outdoor space an exciting environment for learning. If you or a company which you work for would like to make a donation/sponsor this project in order that it could be completed as quickly as possible, please contact the school office/PTA to discuss further. All fund raising by the PTA will go towards this project.

As ever, in order to continue our fundraising efforts, we are reliant on you for extra support throughout the year. If you can afford any time at all to assist at (or even run) an event, we would be extremely grateful. You don’t have to come to meetings, and you don’t have to commit to anything regular – whatever you can do will be gratefully accepted – so please don’t be shy and have a word with one of the Committee.
Or perhaps your company can help:
Do you work for a company that would donate a raffle prize?
Do you work for a company that offers price match for events (that means that whatever we raise, they will match it) – many large corporates do this.
If you think you can help, or you feel that you should get involved somehow – then come and speak to one of the existing team of volunteers.

PTA Meeting - The PTA will be holding a meeting next Tuesday, 20th March, at 8pm in Pollards Inn. All parents are welcome, please come along if you are interested in helping out in any capacity with the PTA, or just to find out what's going on!

PTA Summer Fair

Our PTA Summer Fair was held on Saturday 13th May from 11am to 1pm. Thank you to ALL who came, helped, and supported. It was a fantastic fair which raised in the region of £2,500 for our school!
